“Giulia Francesca Primo” currently operates this website. This happens while we find the correct legal framework that can make all professionals and companies part of the initiative happy.

The Silent Sides serves as a curated portal for design, craftsmanship, and guided experiences. By accessing the website, reading our articles, and or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

1.1 These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “Conditions”) govern all purchases made on thesilentside.com (hereinafter, the “Site”). Accessing the Site or placing an order implies full acceptance of these Conditions.

1.2 The Conditions may be amended at any time; the applicable version will always be the one in force at the time the order is placed.

1.3 Use of the Site is permitted for personal purposes only. We strictly prohibit commercial resale of our products.

1.4 The user assumes full responsibility for the correctness and legitimacy of the information provided while browsing or placing orders.

1.5 The Company reserves the right to restrict access or reject orders if misuse or irregular activity is detected.

2. Orders

2.1 Orders must be placed via the designated form on the Site.

2.2 Orders may be refused in the following cases:

  • Delivery requested outside permitted countries
  • Incomplete or unverifiable shipping details
  • Repeated failed communications with the customer
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

2.3 After submitting an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation. A separate email will confirm shipment.

2.4 Products made to order or custom-finished are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated before checkout.

3.2 International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient.

3.3 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Product Information, Warranty & Liability

4.1 Products offered on the silent side include information, experiences, physical goods designed using advanced techniques, including AI-assisted processes, and crafted with care by expert artisans. We offer:

    • AI-influenced and designer physical products 
    • Product selection of products we love
    • Curated experiences and events
    • Limited courses and workshops
  • Infographics, articles, and materials on the world of luxury brands and productions

Each item is presented with care, often in limited quantities. We reserve the right to modify offerings at any time.

4.2 All items are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products, variations or subtle imperfections may occur and are considered a mark of uniqueness.

4.3 Products are covered under the two-year legal warranty of conformity (as per Italian Consumer Code, Articles 128–135).

4.4 Warranty claims are valid only if the product has not been altered, damaged by misuse, or modified by unauthorized persons.

4.5 Shipping fees related to returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

5.1 Payments are securely processed via a trusted service named on the Site (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card, bank transfer).

5.2 All transactions are processed in euro (€) and include VAT, unless noted otherwise. The customer is responsible for any currency conversion fees.

5.3 Your order is confirmed upon payment and subject to stock availability.

6. Retention of Title

Until full payment is received and the order is shipped, the products remain the property of the seller.

7. Delivery

7.1 Orders are typically dispatched within 2-30 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

7.2 Shipping is available within Europe and select international locations. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary. You are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

7.3 Custom or limited-run items may require extended lead times, which will be communicated before checkout.

7.4 In the event of delays, customers will be notified via email.

7.5 If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and reimbursed in full.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

8.2 To initiate a withdrawal, customers must contact us using the contact form on the Site. 

8.3 Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All product designs, site content, and curated materials remain the intellectual property of The Silent Side or its contributors. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell any content without written permission.

9.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the silent side’s content and products is strictly prohibited.

9.3 Trademarks and logos displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and shall not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Site and its contents and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 The seller, its partners, and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Silent side or products purchased from it, as well as its partners and suppliers. 

10.3 The seller is not liable for delivery delays or failure due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

10.4 To the extent permitted by Italian law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Data Protection

11.1 Personal data is collected and processed by the GDPR and relevant Italian privacy laws.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 We provide these conditions following the Italian legislative system.

12.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the sale of products will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
